Número récord de empresas brasileñas compraron cripto en agosto

Por primera vez, más de 12.000 empresas brasileñas realizaron compras de criptomonedas solo en un mes, según informó la autoridad fiscal del país sudamericano, Receita Federal.

El organismo dijo que 12.053 compañías declararon compras de cripto en agosto, superando el récord anterior, de junio, cuando 11.797 firmas adquirieron activos digitales.

  • Las cifras de agosto también son cinco veces más altas que las de agosto de 2019, cuando las empresas comenzaron a reportar sus movimientos de cripto a la autoridad fiscal.

    La Receita Federal agregó que, juntas, las empresas brasileñas poseen 10.900 millones de reales brasileños en cripto, equivalentes a US$2100 millones.
