Binance Hackers ‘Could Have Drawn More Funds’ if They Were More Organized: Chief Communications Officer

Following the $100 million exploit of Binance’s BNB Smart Chain, the company’s Chief Communication Officer Patrick Hillmann says the hackers could eventually be traced back to a state actor supported by a foreign entity.
