Coinbase CEO: SEC Threatened to Sue Over Lending Product

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is threatening to sue the crypto exchange should it launch its “Lend” product due to concerns it may be a securities offering.
