Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is “concerned” about the banking charters granted to crypto firms Paxos, Anchorage, and Protego and has requested that the new acting OCC chief Michael Hsu reevaluate the issue and decisions by Hsu’s predecessor, Brian Brooks.
