Junfei Ren is the CEO of Pando Finance, a Hong Kong-licensed crypto fund and ETF issuer, and Pando Asset, a Swiss-based crypto ETF issuer. She has previously worked for Deutsche Boerse, Zhenfund and Huobi Group in executive positions, and in 2028 she founded Redbank Capital, which specialized in alternative asset and blockchain-related research. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services and asset management industry. Ren holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a master's degree from the University of Southern California.
