Investment product provider ProShares is set to list the first U.S. exchange-traded fund (ETF) allowing investors to bet against the price of BTC. ProShares Global Investment Strategist Simeon Hyman shares insights, saying “it’s really hard to short bitcoin … so offering this is an opportunity for regular retail folks.”
